Overview of OEM/ODM Services
MBL Vietnam provides OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturing) and ODM (Original Design Manufacturing) services to domestic and international partners in the high-quality wooden products sector.
OEM services apply when partners have finalized designs ready for production. ODM services support partners with only initial concepts that require further development. The process includes design consultation, structural engineering, material selection, packaging, and logistics.
By integrating Japanese-standard procedures, strict quality control, and flexible customization, MBL is a trusted partner for brands that prioritize consistency, seamless coordination, and operational efficiency.
MBL receives production requests based on technical drawings, reference images, or physical samples provided by clients. From there, mass production is carried out with consistent quality, strict quality control, and on-time delivery.

Manufacturing Facilities
MBL Vietnam’s factory is located in Nhon Hoi Industrial Park, Binh Dinh Province, covering an area of 100,000 m². The facility features modern infrastructure with a scientifically organized layout, clearly divided into zones including raw material storage, pre-processing, fine processing, sanding, coating, assembly, packaging, and final inspection.

Production Processes and Technology
MBL combines Japanese-standard craftsmanship with modern machinery, enabling the production of both highly refined custom pieces and large-scale orders with consistent quality
MBL supports both LCL and FCL shipping options based on customer requirements. The primary export port is Quy Nhon, with the flexibility to ship via Ho Chi Minh City or Da Nang if needed
In addition, the MBL factory is equipped with a solar energy system to reduce emissions, optimize electricity costs, and promote long-term sustainable operations
